Had a really good vegan pizza here. Came back for a second time to have the pizza again. Super amazed that they took the time to check if I was allergic to dairy so the service is truly amazing. A big shout out to Erica who made dining so pleasant and enjoyable. All the other food that we had were good too! Especially the lamb ribs!

Criniti’s has a great open-plan layout inside the shopping centre, which gives it a lively and welcoming vibe. The staff were warm and attentive, making the experience even better. I ordered a pasta and a salad – the pasta was hearty with a rich sauce and the salad was fresh, with crisp greens and halloumi adding a nice flavour. Presentation was on point too. Overall, a solid dining spot with good food, friendly service, and a buzzing atmosphere. Worth visiting if you’re in the area.

I had a great time at Criniti’s Carousel last week thanks to RIC JOHN behind the bar. He made my cocktails so nice and precision, he nailed the balance. The drink arrived quickly, beautifully garnished, and perfectly chilled. RJ’s friendly chat and attentive service made a big difference to the evening. ERIKA, was exceptional. She greeted us warmly, took our order efficiently, and followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her oversight meant that we felt well‑looked after from seating to service to check‑out. Her professionalism and kind manner elevated our dining experience Our food was served by ANNA and she really made the difference. She arrived promptly, explained the dishes clearly, recommended a couple of specials, and ensured our plates arrived at the right temperature. Anna was cheerful and very attentive without being overbearing—just the right balance. Highly recommend her service!

The food served in here is so good! I've been here for 2 times in my 5days trip, the first time was on my landing , and second time on my way before going back to my country. I would say i will come back again for the dessert which did not manage to try because im too full haha.

We celebrated my daughter's bday here in Crinitis Carousel branch and that was a good experience to me and my family. Special mention to the staff named Erika took my order quickly and made sure everything was good.Very helpful! Anna brought our food nicely and on time.
